Muffins for lunch

When I saw that Mrs Staggs baked muffins, I decided to bake some of my own. Since I prefer the savoury ones, I wanted to make these delicious muffins. However, I didn't have any basil at home & I didn't have the time to go to the grocery store, so I made Basil & Sundried tomato muffins without the basil but with lots of fetta cheese as a substitute :-) It worked out well and I'm not going to tell you how many of them I ate for lunch ;-)

Yum! Thanks for reminding me of this recipe Elisabeth *smile*, I haven't made it in a while, and there is heaps of basil just waiting to be used in the garden at the moment.
